Table Space Expands with 135,000 Sq Ft Facility in Hyderabad

In a significant expansion, flexible workspace provider Table Space has launched a 135,000 sq ft facility at Raheja Mindspace in Hyderabad’s Hitec City. This new facility, which accommodates over 2,200 seats, represents the brand’s first venture in Hyderabad under its Table Space Suites portfolio, a premium offering that provides ready-to-move-in, enterprise-grade workspace solutions. The facility reflects the city’s rising appeal as a business destination, buoyed by advanced infrastructure, increased hiring within the IT sector, and growing demand for flexible workspaces among major enterprises and Global Capability Centers (GCCs).

Table Space Suites, launched in January 2024, now boasts over ten centres across seven cities in India, collectively spanning 500,000 square feet with approximately 10,000 seats. This rapid expansion has allowed Table Space to position itself as a prominent player in India’s flexible workspace market, where demand is increasingly driven by sectors like BFSI, IT/ITeS, and consulting. The new Hyderabad centre highlights Table Space’s agility and readiness to meet enterprise needs with its ultra-fast turnaround, capable of activating workspace within 24 hours from initial client engagement, positioning it as a pioneer in custom, enterprise-grade workspaces.

According to Karan Chopra, Vice Chairman and Co-founder of Table Space, this Hyderabad expansion is part of a broader strategy to create a national network of premium, flexible workspaces tailored for enterprises. “Hyderabad has emerged as a preferred business hub, with strong infrastructure and top-tier talent,” Chopra remarked. The demand for flexible workspaces has surged as companies embrace hybrid models, particularly in business-centric locations like Hitec City. Table Space’s continued growth reflects the transformation in workspace needs, which are increasingly prioritising adaptability, premium amenities, and sustainable designs.

Sustainability is a core aspect of Table Space’s development strategy, as reflected in its Hyderabad facility, designed to meet eco-friendly standards. The company has invested in energy-efficient infrastructure and smart building technologies to reduce environmental impact, aligning with the broader goal of sustainable urban development. Hyderabad, as one of India’s major IT hubs, benefits from such green initiatives that contribute to its long-term appeal as a leading business destination. By expanding in Hyderabad, Table Space is meeting immediate market needs while also contributing to the sustainable growth of India’s urban landscape.
